We were able to see the Ringling Bros. Circus in Toledo. The fun part for the kids was being able to meet the circus staff and interact with them before the circus began. Many of the staff were from other countries including several from China.
November was time to play in leaves and enjoying some nice Fall days. I love Fall and the cooler weather.
Teagan is enjoying her Kindergarten year. She was a Native American at Thanksgiving.
Teagan lost her first tooth on Thanksgiving and eagerly waited for the tooth fairy to show up.
We celebrated Briley's Ninth Gotcha Day on December 1st. We ate Chinese food and went to the movies.
December arrived and we had our first snowfall. Even though there was only a small amount of snow, the girls were making the most of it. They are still waiting for a BIG snowfall to make snow forts, snowmen, and to go sledding.
Briley sang in the school choir. This was an after school choir that had been meeting since October. She really enjoyed being a part of a large choir.
We visited with Santa at the Train Depot. He found Teagan's name in his "Good List", but Briley's name was not listed--he asked permission to add her to his book...lol!
My girls before Church wearing their Christmas dresses. They were so excited for Christmas this year.
Both girls participated in the Children's Christmas Program at Church.
Christmas at my parents house. All seven Grandkids pose every year together for a photo.
Christmas morning at home. The girls wore their jammies all day! We didn't go anywhere--just stayed home and played all day together. It was a fun and relaxing day. I wish we could do that more often.
So, now you are all caught up with us. I hope you all had a great Christmas and a Happy New year.
