Ruby the Bunny became our new pet this summer. She is a Netherland Dwarf so she will stay small. Briley just loves her and she really is her pet. Ruby lives in a small rabbit hutch in our back yard. Briley feeds Ruby every morning and makes sure she has water. She does a good job taking care of her.
Both the girls love holding Ruby. Briley first named the bunny "Hopper", but a few days later changed her mind. Since Teagan was used to calling her Hopper, we now call her Ruby Hopper.
When Teagan says Ruby's name she calls her "Booby" as she can't say "r" sounds yet! It's really kind of funny!
Here are the girls a few weeks ago posing for the camera! We are enjoying the nice summer weather we have been having.
