Great Wolf Lodge Water Park

The girls and I headed to Sandusky this weekend for 2 days of water park fun. It was nice to get away from the cold and enjoy some time in the warm waters. The girls had a lot of fun and didn't want to leave. Teagan's favorite part was the slides. She even went down one of the really big slides--just one time though. Apparently, she didn't like it because she didn't go down again.

Briley loved climbing up on this 4 story water climber. There was water flying all over and dumping on your head. At the top were 2 large slides that she also had fun on. Teagan was a little scared of this as she didn't like the water dumping on her. The photo below is a bigger picture of what I am talking about. About every 5 minutes, the huge bucket would dump water on everyone below. Teagan would run the other way fast when she heard the bell ring to warn of the bucket ready to to dump.

This is a shot of the log cabin in our room. The girls had there own bunk bed complete with their own T.V.

They had a lot of fun playing in the log cabin. Teagan was so excited about spending the night in the room, that it took her forever to fall asleep.

In the morning we went to the clock tower show in the lobby. The animals and Indian sung and had a little story to tell the children. When the show ended, it snowed fake snow on the children.

What a fun weekend! I wish we could do it more often.
