the day I saw this picture for the first time. I got the call with details of Fu Ni Jing, now known as Teagan Mei Jing, right after lunch. I had to leave work for a home visit before her photo was emailed to me. I remember trying to get through the visit as fast as I could. I know my car was speeding after the visit so I could get back to my desk to see this photo. When I got back to work, everyone came into my office and stood over my shoulder while I opened my email. I started crying instantly when I saw her photo. I was so happy to finally see her photo and be given the opportunity to become a mother of two.
