14 Months, 16 days...that's how long my paperwork has been logged in at the CCAA (China Center of Adoption Affairs). When I began this process, it was only taking 7-8 months to get your referral picture. Well, as you can all do math, I am still waiting. No one could have predicted that my wait would be this long. BUT...I know it is very close now. Hopefully only a week or two and I will see Teagan for the first time. Keep posted...Debbie
