I have been hearing that Referrals for October still have not arrived--they were expected last week. Aparently there are more slow downs on the way. This is just my luck! I also am having trouble with the US government and may need to make another trip to Cleveland to straighten things out with Teagan's immigration clearance. There is always red tape in the way of my adoption. If referrals don't arrive soon, I may not see a referral for Teagan by Thanksgiving as I had hoped for. On a good note, I am getting my new car tomorrow!
